You value your shipment and so do we – for peace of mind, don’t forget to protect your shipment.

Why do I need to insure my purchase? Insuring your parcel means that you will bypass all formal investigations which are required between us and the shipping carrier in the event something goes wrong.

The shipping carrier carries no liability in the event a parcel is lost, misdelivered or damaged during transit regardless of the nature of the error. Hence why at time of shipment, transit insurance is requested & optional at a surcharge.

By adding shipping insurance to your purchase, we will ensure it is insured during the shipment creation process. This fee is non-refundable and is used up and paid directly to the shipping carrier at time of shipment creation.
