Production Policy +
Once production has commenced on your item and you wish to cancel, a production fee of 50% is deducted from your total order.
There may be a delay during busy periods from March - June and from Sep - Oct. we are unable to estimate the delay period however it could take up to 3 months to make your dress.
With made-to-order items being in high demand during those months, we suggest ordering in advance allowing 4 months for your dress to be made and delivered.
