Where do you ship from?

Do you have a physical store?

Unfortunately, no we don’t. 

What does PREORDER mean?

Preorder means that an item is not currently in stock, yet is due to arrive in the near future. All pre-order garments will have an 'anticipated re-stock date' on the product page. The provided 'anticipated re-stock date' does not include shipping times to allow for delivery. Please allow additional time for delivery of the garment/s.

Dress & Sizing Questions

Do you custom make garments? 

Alamour is a Ready-To-Wear label we do not take custom made orders at this stage. Feel free to share the style you are interested in and our in-house designer will consider it for future collection. 

Can you alter my dress?

Our retail prices are very competitive and affordable. We do not do any alteration on our end. All alteration must be done by you, the customer. We sell garments as is. 

Do you cater for petite girls?

Our garments are suitable for 5"4 and over  

Can I come in and try on clothing before purchase?

No, we do not have a showroom or a retail store as of yet. However, we allow returns for sizing/style concerns. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information regarding returns.

Please allow an additional 1-4 business days for shipping times within Australia (Depending on location); and an additional 3-7 business days for all our international customers (Depending on shipping method selected at checkout and destination country.)

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Free express shipping is provided on orders AUD $250.00 & over for eligible countries. Free Shipping does not apply on sale items. We do not ship to high risk countries and is solely at the discretion of our shipping team. Furthermore, we only ship our parcels via an Express Shipping service with tracking & signature on delivery as standard.

Can I Cancel an order after I make payment?

No. Once you place an order via our website it cannot be amended or cancelled. Please choose carefully when placing an order on our website.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

Please choose carefully as we cannot amend orders after 24 hours of order placement.

I am unsure about sizing and fit?

Please email info[at] with your usual dress size and measurements and a customer care agent will be able to assist you.

How long does it take to receive a response?

We work Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM AEST.

Usually, we respond to all customer enquiries within 12-24 hours during business hours. During busy periods it may take longer. Please be patient as we do not ignore emails. We will acknowledge all emails within our time frame.

Am I still required to pay customs, duties, taxes, and collection fees when I receive “Free International Shipping”?

Yes, all international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees (if any) associated with your order. Free shipping is referring to the actual shipping cost of sending the parcel from us to you, and nothing else. All other fees imposed by your country upon its arrival is your responsibility.

Why Was My Order Canceled?

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item within your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the change/cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item/s will be removed from your order.

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

How long does it take to process a return?

Upon physically receiving and inspecting the contents within your returned package, your return will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via the email address listed on your account at time of order placement.

When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or public holidays.

How do I return my item?

You have to lodge a return request via the Returns Manager Tool displayed on the bottom of the Returns Policy Page. Please allow 1 business day for your return request to be reviewed and formally accepted/denied. It is not instant so we do ask you to please be patient.
