Where do you ship from?
Do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately, no we don’t.
Do you custom make garments?
Alamour is a Ready-To-Wear label we do not take custom made orders at this stage. Feel free to share the style you are interested in and our in-house designer will consider it for future collection.
Can you alter my dress?
Our retail prices are very competitive and affordable. We do not do any alteration on our end. All alteration must be done by you, the customer. We sell garments as is.
Do you cater for petite girls?
Our garments are suitable for 5"4 and over
Do you have stockists that carry this brand?
Yes we do. Please email us for a stockist list quoting your city, suburb and the dress you are interested in. Please keep in mind that not all stockist carry the whole range.
Can I come in and try on clothing before purchase?
No, we do not have a showroom.
What does PREORDER means?
Preorder means that an item is not in stock. New collection item/s will have a delivery date on the description. Classic styles are usually restocked within 5-7 weeks. Please pair in mind that 5-7 weeks is how long the garment take to produce not ship. After production period, shipping takes another 1-3 days within Australia and 5-7 working days internationally.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Free express shipping on orders $250AUD for certain countries. Free Shipping does not apply on sale items. We do not ship to high risk countries. We use two shipping method ECI which is Australia Post and DHL.
Can I Cancel an order after I make payment?
No. Once you place an order via our website it cannot be amended. Please choose carefully when placing an order on our website.
I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
Please choose carefully as we cannot amend orders after 24 hours.
I am unsure about sizing and fit?
Email email@example.com with your usual dress size and measurements and a customer care agent will be able to assist you.
How long does it take to receive a response?
We work Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM AEST.
Usually we respond to all enquiries within 12 hours. During busy periods it can be longer. Please be patient we do not ignore emails. We will acknowledge all emails within our time frame.
Am I still required to pay customs, duties, taxes, and collection fees when I receive “Free International Shipping”?
Yes, all international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees.
Why Was My Order Canceled?
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
Can I return or exchange items that were purchases on sale?
All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
How do I return my item?
You have to send a return request via the Returns manager box displayed on the website. https://www.alamourthelabel.com/pages/returns-policy please allow a couple of hours to accept your returns. It is not instant so we do ask you to please be patience.
