Order Cancellation Policy & Fees

 

Cancellation for Store Credit

Customers can cancel an order containing 'in-stock items' before it has been shipped to receive a full store credit, valid for 12 months.

Cancellation for a Refund

If you prefer a refund instead of store credit, a restocking fee and an administrative fee will apply. These fees cover the costs of restocking inventory and payment processing fees charged by your financial provider, regardless of the payment method used at checkout.

Applicable Fees

  • In-stock items: 10% of the amount paid.
  • Pre-order items: 10% of the amount paid.
  • Made-to-order items:
    • If production has not started: 10% of the amount paid.
    • If production has started: 50% of the amount paid.

Store Credit Orders

If you placed an order using a store credit, the amount (less any applicable cancellation fees) will be reissued as a store credit only.

Timing of Cancellation Requests

Please note that due to a high volume of inquiries, cancellation requests may not always be processed in time, and orders might be dispatched before your request is attended to.

Unforeseen Refunds

In the event of an unforeseen refund after an order has been shipped, any shipping costs incurred by Alamour The Label will not be reimbursed. Free shipping offers are no longer valid once an order is canceled or refunded.

Approval Requirement

All cancellations must be approved by management before processing a refund.
