    Sexy but Snags

    I ordered this dress to wear to a Harlem Nights themed birthday party. It was perfect. The catch? The material snagged on everything. I started the night with tights, had to take them off in the middle of the night. Even the arms snagged on the rhinestone fringes and jewelry. Disappointing and the only reason why I’m not giving this 5 stars.
