Alamour The Label ships Worldwide. Alamour The Label reserves the right to deny shipping to any country which is deemed ‘risky’. In circumstances where the destined country is deemed ‘risky’ Alamour The Label may refuse shipment or request transit insurance to be paid on the parcel.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday between 9am & 5pm AEST, excluding weekends and public holidays. If an order is placed before 3pm AEST, it will be processed to be dispatched that same day. However during busy periods, processing times may take 1 business day at the very latest.
Once your order has been packed and processed in the queue, delivery within Australia is 1 business day (Next Business Day Delivery) and delivery of all international orders is 2 to 7 business days (Faster Express shipping services are available for your selection at checkout).

INFORMATION REGARDING CURRENCY:
All prices displayed on this website will automatically display the domestic currency of the visitors country/region. The currency shown is based by detection of the visitors IP address. Alternatively, a visitor may wish to manually 'pick a currency' from the drop-down menu provided on the website. For all other currency exchange requests/queries, you may wish to consult the current exchange rates by visiting http://www.xe.com/
** Please Note: Prices may fluctuate depending on current exchange rates. Alamour The Label process all orders in AUD. While the content of your cart is currently displayed in a foreign currency, you will checkout using AUD at the most current exchange rate. The bank/financial institution linked to your payment method will process the conversion for you in the background.
ORDER CONFIRMATION PROCESS:
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal/Shopify containing your order & payment details (If you have provided your correct email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
When an order is dispatched, an automatically generated email from our shipping carrier is sent to the customer’s email address containing the tracking information for the dispatched parcel.
Please ensure to check Spam/Junk folders in case this email was not successfully delivered to your inbox.
**IMPORTANT: If you do not receive the order confirmation email in your inbox or Junk/Spam folders, you may have misspelled your email address during the checkout process. We recommend notifying us immediately via the Contact Page so we can re-send the order confirmation email and to correct the email address on file. Providing the wrong email address can prevent you from receiving order updates and receiving our fulfilment emails containing tracking information/instructions for your order.
All orders are shipped Free of charge via an Express delivery service. All parcels include tracking and signature on delivery as compulsory for extra added security. Depending on shipping destination, there is an upgraded shipping option at checkout, 'Priority Expedited Shipping' for an additional surcharge.
Domestic Orders: Please allow 1 business day for delivery within Australia (depending if delivery postcode is within Australia Post's Express Network). Our Perth customers have a next business day delivery option at checkout for an additional surcharge.
International Orders: Please allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery to all our international customers (Depending on shipping method selected at checkout and destination country.) An upgraded shipping option is available at checkout, 'Priority Expedited Shipping' for an additional surcharge to select international countries. Our 'Priority Expedited Shipping' service is faster for those urgent deliveries, allowing only 1 to 3 business days for delivery to many countries, including (but not limited to) the USA, UK, NZ, Canada, Europe & Asia.
** Certain countries are exempt from the Free worldwide express shipping offer. Find out if your country is applicable at checkout page.
** Alamour The Label is not held liable for delays made by Customs Officials/Shipping Carrier or natural disasters in the course of shipment.
** Free Express Shipping only applies to orders AUD $250.00 & Over. On estimate to be USD $188 USD / €160 EUR / £141 GBP As per 'December 2017' exchange rates provided by Google's currency converter.
CUSTOMS DUTIES / TAXES:
* All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge (if any). Taxes and Customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Alamour The Label is not responsible for any additional taxes and/or customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. ** In the event a customer refuses an international delivery due to the taxes/customs duties imposed on them or for any other unforeseen circumstance, free shipping is no longer valid due to the customer terminating the contract/order. All shipping costs paid by either Alamour The Label/ the customer (including sending the item to and from the customer) will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the order in the event of a refund/ issue of a store credit.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process, Alamour The Label reserves the right to charge a shipping fee as quoted at time of re-shipment.
Any shipping costs paid by Alamour The Label/ Customer is not reimbursed in the event of a refund. This includes shipping costs incurred on orders eligible for free shipping.
All shipping delivery times advised are provided by our shipping carriers. Alamour The Label will not be held liable for any delivery delays made by our shipping carriers and their associates.
All orders made via the online store cannot be cancelled due to change of mind, or delays made by Alamour The Label due to fraud-preventative measures and/or address checks.
Once an order is placed you have committed to the purchase and knowingly accept the Shipping & Returns Policy.
