What is a Made-to-Order Item?
Our made-to-order gowns are only produced once an order is placed. This intentional approach reduces excess production and landfill waste; lowers carbon emissions, and supports a more sustainable future.
It also allows us to offer greater variety and customisation, with an inclusive size range from XXS to 9XL available in this collection.
All made-to-order items require a production period, which may vary depending on the selected fabric and design. The production time and estimated ship date will be displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. Please note that this date may change depending on when you place your order .
We strongly encourage you to read both our Made-to-Order Policy and the product page of the item you wish to purchase before placing an order. To proceed with a made-to-order purchase, you'll be required to acknowledge and agree to the estimated ship date by ticking the confirmation box before the item can be added to your cart.
Is there a chance that you may hold a made-to-order garment in stock?
Made-to-order means that the garments are not in stock and only commence production once you have placed an order. However, in some circumstances, some standard sizes may be held in stock. If you are on a time constraint, feel free to contact our customer care agent to confirm available styles/ sizes in stock.
Can I make further alterations or customise a design?
Most of our made-to-order gowns can be altered for an additional fee.
Common alterations include:
- Adding or Removing a slit
- Adding or Removing sleeves
- Changing the back design
- Changing the colour
- Changing the fabric
- Adding extra train length
Our stylists will guide you on what is and isn't possible based on the gown style you've selected.
Please note: Custom gowns made from scratch specifically for you are not eligible for promotional discount codes.

Additional Information
Colour & Fabric: As the garment is being made from scratch at different points in time, Made-to-order garments may differ in colour or pattern placement to the original cut as displayed on the website. This is due to fabric sourcing where an entirely new batch of fabric has been used. Even though the colour of the fabric sourced is as close as possible to the original colour shown, we will not be held liable for any minor variations in colour.
Slight Adjustments: Construction of made-to-order garments can change without formal notice. Slight adjustments may include but not limited to stitching, dress internals ie. padding/boning/lining, straps & zippers.
