Returns Policy | Made-to-Order Items

We recognise that purchasing an occasion gown online is a significant decision. Customers are strongly advised to carefully review all sizing information, fit notes, fabric descriptions, and product details provided on each product page prior to placing an order.

A substantial portion of our collection is produced on a made-to-order basis. Made-to-order items are individually crafted specifically for the customer once an order has been confirmed. As such, made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

In certain circumstances, and at our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit as an alternative resolution. Any approved exchange or store credit will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy and must meet eligibility requirements.

To minimise the risk of incorrect sizing or style selection, customers are encouraged to seek assistance prior to purchase. Our styling team is available to provide guidance regarding sizing, fit, and garment suitability.

Customers are also welcome to visit our Sydney Paddington Boutique or Brisbane Showroom for in-person assistance. For those unable to attend a showroom, online styling support is available.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
