      Amazing!!

      I cannot thank this company enough Tiarna especially was so unbelievably helpful and kind and my situation was very hard because of the position I was put in by a company I ordered my original dress from. She heard what happened, searched her inventory for the dresses I loved, and sent me the dress options I had from the ones I loved and the way she recommended my sizing was PERFECT! The dress came within a week and a half and it is absolutely perfect! Thank you Tiarna and Alamour for not only making fantastic clothing, but for being compassionate and helpful and for sending me the perfect dress for my vow renewal! 10 out of 10 HIGHLY recommend!     What is made to order ?

    This product is a made-to-order item. Made-to-order items are not held in physical stock and production commences AFTER order placement. We try to limit production and stock levels and as such, made-to-order items produce less waste and allow you to purchase your dream gown without the chance of it selling out. We suggest that you order well in advance for special occasions such as formal or weddings and take note of the estimated delivery date when placing your order.

    Production Policy

    Once production has commenced on your item and you wish to cancel, a production fee of 50% is deducted from your total order. There may be a delay during busy periods from March - June and from Sep - Oct. We are unable to estimate the delay period however it could take up to 3 months to make your dress. With made-to-order items being in high demand during those months, we suggest ordering in advance allowing 4 months for your dress to be made and delivered. Please note: Priority processing does not rush your order in production or during transit. This will only rush your order through our quality control inspection and prepare for dispatch process.
