We ship to customers worldwide. Free shipping is available when minimum spend requirements are met on eligible orders.

Please note: The delivery timeframes shown below relate to shipping/transit only. Pre-Order and Made-to-Order styles require additional production time before dispatch. Production timeframes are displayed on each product page and are in addition to the delivery estimates shown below.

Shipping Disclosures

·Priority Processing available for dispatch within 1 business day (T&Cs apply).
·Regional/remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
·All parcels include online tracking.
·A signature may be required for insured parcels. Selecting Authority to Leave voids transit insurance cover.

Brisbane Customers — Same Day Delivery

Available within a 50 km radius of Woolloongabba, QLD. Pricing calculated at checkout. Once collected by the courier, delivery is usually completed within 4 hours with live tracking provided.

Orders must be placed before 12PM AEST. Physical addresses only — no PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers. If unattended, parcels may be left in a safe place or returned (re-delivery fees may apply).

Priority Processing

Standard processing typically takes 2–5 business days depending on order volume and seasonal demand. You can prioritise your order by adding 'Priority Processing' to your order whilst at the Cart page. Priority Processing ($14.95 AUD) guarantees dispatch within 1 business day (AEST).

·Priority processing applies to dispatch only.
·It does not reduce production times for pre-order or made-to-order items.
·Business days exclude weekends and QLD public holidays.

Transit Insurance

Optional transit/shipping insurance can be added at checkout for peace of mind.

If transit insurance is declined, Alamour The Label may be limited in its ability to recover losses or damages from the carrier on your behalf. Authority to Leave voids purchased insurance.


Duties & Taxes — International Customers

Duties & taxes are not collected at checkout. These are charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid prior to successful delivery.

Australian customers do not pay duties/taxes as we dispatch all our orders from within Australia.

Important: Rejecting a parcel due to duties/taxes will still incur all shipping costs, and your customs authority may still charge fees (regardless if rejected). See our Online Store Policy for more details.

·Incorrect shipping addresses may incur a re-shipment fee.
·Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information. Unclaimed parcels returned to us will require re-shipping fees.
·Carrier-provided delivery timeframes may experience delays due to customs, couriers or natural events.
·High-volume or bulk orders may attract additional fees.
·Orders containing Pre-Order or Made-to-Order items ship together unless split shipping is requested (fees may apply).
·We may deny shipping to high-risk countries or require transit insurance.
